Model Başkent is a conference hosted by TEDU MUN community for the first time this year, where expert MUN communities and the Capital City Youth Assembly come together to discuss local government problems in United Nations procedures. In 2023, for the first time in the world, it was held with the participation of the President of Ankara Metropolitan Municipality, 300 delegates who are experts in their fields and 100 organization/academy teams. In the one-day conference, 4 main problems experienced in local governments were discussed, these problems were discussed by 300 delegates all day long and detailed solution reports were prepared. These solution reports were forwarded to local decision makers and United Nations representatives.
