Turkey's struggle with inflation since the 1920s was presented within an economic and political historical context by Prof. Dr. Ali Hakan Kara. The dynamics of inflation, along with the relationship between key turning points in inflation and legislative changes regarding the instrument independence of the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey, were highlighted. The development of the investment-grade level, which holds significance for foreign investors, was conveyed through the notes of major credit institutions regarding Turkey. Additionally, the accumulation of risks caused by the low-interest-rate policy in the public sector and Turkey's macroeconomic policies were presented to participants from various fields.
